Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed acceptance of the order.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including your product selection, quantity, colour, email address, and shipping address.

If you discover an error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes or cancellations, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing has begun.

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Products purchased through LEMUDO are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise expressly agreed.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, promotional offers, and product availability may change without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Our United States storefront displays prices in U.S. dollars (USD).

Any applicable taxes will be displayed or calculated where required.

Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before the customer completes the purchase. Where an order qualifies for Free Shipping, the shipping charge will be displayed as free or $0.00.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment and billing information.

You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted for your purchase.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

LEMUDO currently offers delivery to eligible addresses within the United States.

Free Shipping is available on eligible orders where indicated at checkout.

The estimated delivery timeframe displayed at checkout is generally 10–15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Orders may occasionally experience delays due to carriers, severe weather, logistical disruptions, address issues, unusually high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you discover an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so that we can investigate the shipment.

Missing, lost, damaged, defective, or incorrect orders will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of oral-care products sold by LEMUDO, returns or exchanges for change of mind may not be accepted, particularly where a product has been opened or used.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or an order is confirmed as lost, customers should contact us promptly so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 10 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

LEMUDO is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to provide the Services.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and LEMUDO.

Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by LEMUDO and is not responsible for the fulfilment of orders, customer service, refunds, returns, product performance, or other aspects of the transaction between you and LEMUDO, except to the extent Shopify separately provides a service directly to you under its own applicable terms.
